The New Dammam

BLUE's largest delivered project. A 32 million square meter city-scale development in the Dammam–Khobar region that required a city-level experience built to perform at the highest level of government and public engagement.

A fully interactive 3D environment and cinematic video production purpose-built for the project launch — every sequence designed to communicate the scale, ambition, and detail of the development. BLUE also contributed to the urban planning direction, ensuring the experience reflected the masterplan's vision, alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, and The New Saudi Architecture identity.
