In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement takes precedence with respect to the matters it covers.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
